Client Manager
At INDG we believe our clients deserve the best service we can deliver. Therefore a well performing Client Manager should have specific and thorough knowledge of our client business and should prioritise a high service level at all times. For our, mostly international clients we would like queries to be dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Furthermore, the Client Manager we are looking for will retain, develop and grow business with our existing and future clients.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and manage the existing accounts of one or more of our top 5 clients
- To elaborate relations with high-potential clients in order to stretch these accounts to the size of Key Account
- Your excellent understanding of our products as well as of our client businesses makes that you can easily link our solutions to the client?s wishes and needs
- You keep an overall view on projects of our clients where you will monitor progress and completion while maintaining a helicopter view
- You work closely with Senior Management, Project Management and Marketing to create leverage across departments
- You proactively establish strong professional relationships and credibility with business executives in the specific accounts
- You report directly to the Business Development Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant, international work experience in one of our target segments
- You are experienced in selling software or marketing related enterprise solutions
- You are used to act in corporate, political environments
- Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills
- You are able to work independently and have a pro active attitude
- Professional, ambitious, dedicated and passionate about design
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Extra bonus points for: technical knowledge of web based applications or 3D
- Eligible to work in the EU
