Account Manager
INDG has been through a period of rapid growth meaning that our, mostly international, client relations have developed. Delivering the best service we can give to our clients is a key priority for INDG?s sales force. The Account Manager we would like to add to our current team should be dedicated and determined to put in the effort to ensure client satisfaction. Vital element is a thorough knowledge of our client businesses and an online component.
Responsibilities:
- You support Senior Management and Key Account Management in managing existing key accounts
- By creating matching proposals and quotations, you service direct clients and Senior Management
- You will be overall responsible for the management of a number of medium size accounts
- You play a central role and will keep an overall view on running projects as you will regularly monitor the progress
- You will proactively establish strong professional relationships with Business Executives in specific accounts in close cooperation with the Key Account Manager
- You report directly to the Business Development Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant and international work experience in a similar role (i.e. Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Commercial Manager, Sales Consultant or equivalent)
- You are conscientious and always strive for a brilliant delivery of your work
- Energetic character who is willing to go the extra mile
- Experience in selling software or marketing related enterprise solutions
- Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Professional, ambitious, opinionated and dedicated
- You have a passion for design
- You are eligible to work in the EU
