HR Assistant
INDG has been growing fast during the last couple of years. Looking at 2012, we will continue this rapid expansion and this leads to the need to get new talent on board and to take well care of our current 60fte dedicated staff members. Recruitment is an important task of the HR department and next to that it is time to further professionalize our current operational policies and procedures. We are looking for a bright HR Assistant who is experienced enough to get up to speed in no time and has the ambition to grow into a role as HR Advisor. With excellent opportunities to learn and to develop your skills and knowledge, you will take on board more responsibilities as and when appropriate.
Responsibilities
- You will manage and be responsible for the greater part of the recruitment process. Together with the HR Manager you define the recruitment strategy necessary to fulfil the outstanding vacancies. As you are in charge of the flow of the recruitment process you will make sure all candidate-applications will be followed up in a timely and correct manner. Furthermore you will be involved in screening candidate CV?s, setting up interviews and coordinating assessments
- Maintain and update policies, contracts, and procedures and keep these up to date with Dutch employment legislation
- Manage the absence and holiday records
- Extract reports for management
- Personnel Administration
- Payroll activities
- Assist in the coordination of annual reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (HR Administrator, HR Officer, Junior HR Recruiter, Junior HR Advisor)
- Confident oral and written communicator
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and progress
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- You are resilient, flexible and stress-resistant
- Proactive attitude, thinks ahead
- Highly structured way of working and documenting
- Professional, ambitious and dedicated
- Fluent in Dutch and English
